Aside from a small fee to join MatchDay, we offer a flexible result-based pricing model so you only pay if we help you find your dream job.
Our pricing is entirely result-driven, meaning you only pay if we successfully help you land a job. We charge a one-time fee of 1% of your new role’s starting salary multiplied by the number of months we’ve worked together. This approach ensures we’re equally invested in your success and incentivized to help you secure the best job offer as quickly as possible.
Let’s say we help you secure a job with a $100,000 starting salary, and it took us 2 months to land the offer. We’d charge a one-time fee of 2% of your starting salary ($2,000). You only pay $2,000 to unlock a higher income and a role aligned with your ambitions and goals.
